Service Options :

EMCO also has solution for 'Level of services' required by client (depending on the equipment usage).

EMCO has four types of service contracts (AMCs) viz


  1. Full Comprehensive (which includes all parts except the finishes & consumables).
  2. Normal (Which includes only normal wear and tear parts).
  3. O & G (Oil and Grease replenishment).
  4. Modernization.

In all the four types above, 'Monthly Preventive Maintenance', 'Annual Equipment survey (along with safety tests)' and 'Breakdown Services' are included.


Elevators are considered the 'life line' of any building and poor maintenance of elevators can prove to be fatal at times. Therefore we at 'EMCO', ensure that elevator always runs in safe condition, assuring customer safety.
